Gained Merit at Level 1 and 2, Excellence at Level 3. Peer Support Award 2021 for orientating young students new to the school and during the year. Had many large roles at the boarding house and mixed with a diverse range of people, both students and adults.

Due to my Otago degree, had an understanding of both dairy products and the health and safety behind them. Had opportunities to guide people to certain products with my understanding of how dairy products are created and what goes into them and the industry. Had an understanding of other products within different departments and how to help people find what they need. High level of communication and team work. Always implemented good time management and dressed to a high standard.

Nov 2022 - Feb 2023

Novotel/IBIS Ellerslie, Auckland — Food & Beverage/Conference Attendant

Cleared and cleaned tables, set up work lunches, helped set up for all types of functions and conferences for big companies. Cleaned back of house every week due to a preferred clean workspace. Worked with many different people and had to deal with a wide range of customers, used good manners and tried to accommodate for all sorts of needs. Started work at 7:00am each weekday and was always on time.
